3. Booking and Payment

Quotes are provided based on information shared by the customer.

Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, distance, services requested, or special handling requirements.

Bookings are confirmed only after partial or full payment, depending on service type.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, or other specified methods.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding inventory, pickup/drop addresses, and special items.

Ensure availability during scheduled pickup and delivery times.

Inform us in advance of any items requiring special handling (e.g., fragile, valuable, perishable, or hazardous goods).

Pay agreed fees on time and in full.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled move may be eligible for a partial refund, after deduction of administrative or booking fees.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled move may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Liability and Insurance

We take utmost care in handling your belongings.

However, Specific Relocations is not liable for damage or loss due to:

Incorrect packing of fragile or high-value items not disclosed at the time of booking.

Delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, natural calamities, or other uncontrollable events.

Items not declared during the booking process.

Optional transit insurance is available upon request. We recommend opting for it for high-value or fragile items.
7. Prohibited Items
You agree not to include in your shipment:

Perishable goods

Explosives, weapons, or hazardous materials

Illegal substances

Cash, jewelry, or personal documents
We reserve the right to refuse or remove such items without notice.
8. Delays and Rescheduling
We strive to maintain timelines, but unforeseen events may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and reschedule accordingly.
